David was very thorough and professional. He took the time that was needed to do the thorough inspection and the walk-through after without being rushed at all. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Given that we only had a short time before removing our subjects to sale it was great getting the detailed report right away. Don't hesitate just call David!
