We have a bike lock that had malfunctioned and stuck 2 of our bikes together. Wanting to get them loose for spring, we called Dimitar. He was professional, punctual and efficient. He answered any questions we had and was in and out in a flash. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Scott for that review. I'm glad that I saved the lock as well because most of the time the only solution is to destroy the lock which is another $80-$120 dollars for a new one.
