Mark came to condo and quickly set up. He moved the furniture carefully and put paper underneath. He paid extra attention to high traffic areas and one area that was badly stained. After completing the job he returned to stained area. Carpets looked great & amazingly stain was virtually undetectable

Explained we needed a gate to create a barrier between our house and our neighbours so our dog could not get out of the yard. Wanted it also for a security feature to keep people out of the yard. Used Canada "Glass to install shower door several years ago. It is only used by one person & not every day because I shower at the gym. Door does not close properly & there is a leaking problem.

Went to their showroom to look at materials and discuss best type of fencing for our yard. Told them our requirements and they recommended a 5 foot pressure treated fence with overlapping boards.The work was done when promised and yard was cleaned up.

This company did everything it promised. A salesperson measured and discussed the best type of glass door to install. He explained it was 4 weeks from deposit to installation. (the glass needs to be cut and tempered) We received a call within the timeframe. The installers were polite, clean, and did a great job. Would use this company again
handles for cabinets in laundry room and bathroom
Small showroom has huge selection of handles and pulls. Everything is attached to a wall so you can visualize how it will appear in your home. The staff were available if help was required and selection and price were unbeatable. Particullarly good choice of contemporary handles.
removal of asbestos around pipes
Came to house at appointed time with crew. We were told everything would be done within one business day, which it was. Basement was totally sealed off, air exchange was set up. Driveway was hosed down upon completion in case there were any microscopic particles. Air quality test was done, successfully, upon completion. Very professional.

Decided to turn our laundry room into a usable bright space. Purchased ceramic tiles from Olympia Tile. Great selections and displays for ideas. Many different price points. Helpful staff. Explained we wanted a neutral, non slip and easy to maintain tile with a bit of wow factor! Very pleased
carpeting in 2 houses. hardwood in one house
Our first experience with Selyan's was when they installed Berber carpet for us. They delivered the carpet the nite before and turned the heat up when the arrived the next day. This was to prevent the carpet from buckling. When we sold the house 4 years later the carpet still looked perfect. They were honest , clean & courteous. Needless to say we called them when we required carpet and hardwood flooring installed in our next house. Again fair price, well done job. In both cases the house was left neat and clean and the installers came when they said they would. Would not consider using another company.
