Furnace installation went great. AC installation -- I was informed someone would call to schedule appointment. Instead, they showed up unannounced the next morning. I thought it best to let them complete the work but it did result in having to reschedule my entire day (as kids were home on a PA day). They had unplugged the water heater without my knowledge, which we discovered when we went to take showers that evening. Unfortunately, plugging it back in did not fix the issue. We were left without hot water or access to showers that day. A service call in the morning provided me with conflicting information. I called at 7am. Explained the situation and was told that a service technician would call at 8 am. By 9 am, I had not yet been contacted. I called back only to be told that the technician did not begin till noon on Saturday and that I was not the first service call. Considering that they performed a job and did not ensure that everything was left in order, I found this unacceptable. A technician did finally arrive before noon and the problem was resolved.
