Roberto refinished the oak floors in our new home. They were pretty beaten from years of carpet and water damage, but he was able to restore them to a beautiful natural finish. The one room that was incredibly damaged, he was able to finish with a beautiful stain. He started on time, finished on time, at his quoted price. He kept us in the loop to make sure we were satisfied while the job progressed. Overall, we are very happy with the work.

Our furnace seemed to randomly blow cold air this past winter. We called Reliable and Daryl came right away. Verified that the thermostat worked properly, so checked out the furnace. He felt that it was most likely the flame sensor (?), but didnt have a replacement part with him (dang -we have an uncommon brand furnace), but would get one just in case. He cleaned the one we had and told us to call if it didn't fix the issue. It worked well for a few weeks but then would randomly blow cold air again. We called and he came a few days later and replaced the part. Again it worked for a few weeks, but is back to the same old. Haven't called him back again because at this point resetting the thermostat is less of a hassle for us. But for the service he did provide, he was punctual, friendly, and reasonably priced for his time.
