When you speak with Eugene about your project and ask for advice, you will realize that his knowledge and experience is great! That's what got me sold on hiring them in the first place. They have lowered my basement to give me an extra 2 ft of headroom. The job was completed in a timely manner as promised by them, and most importantly they have a team of professionals who are neat, detail-oriented, and highly skilled. My basement toilet wasn’t working so I called Metro for an estimate. The plumber came at the exact time (I was surprised). He then gave me his honest opinion saying that he could unclog the toilet (other companies said that it needed to be replaced) and gave me a good price. I was thrilled with the news and agreed. He ended up snaking the toilet and was done everything very fast. I would like to thank Metro for their honestly and care for customers. I will definitely be calling them again.
