We hired greentree landscaping to fix the grade of our front yard. They did not accomplish the task but also made it worse. We got it inspected and told the grade was wrong by the city of Edmonton but greentree refused to fix the problem. We were told there was nothing they could do to help us. We now have to pay another company to fix what greentree has done. Poor and unfriendly customer service. Work will not be in a timely manner. Greentree does not care about customer satisfaction.
