Besares (Yailan and his team) not only showed up when they said they would each day, but kept on schedule, cleaned up after each day, kept me informed and involved, provided suggestions but never made a decision without my approval, and most importantly... they did a fantastic job! The entire main floor had to be repainted and touchups on the ceiling from a previous 'painter' not doing a clean job had to be completed, and they knocked it out of the park. The entire home has a new lease on life. The exterior trim, including around the chimney, as well as the front door, gave a fresh look to the home's curb appeal. Thank you Yailan and your team, we are thrilled with how well the house looks!

I have used NAIAD for 2 winters now, and will do so again next year. Their online booking system makes it easy to choose a time-frame that works for my schedule, as well as the predicted weather forecast. The NAIAD technician comes into the yard, does his thing, leaves a tag on the hose bib and it's a done deal until the spring when I fire up the water again. Thank you NAIAD for a seamless winterization and one less hassle in the fall.

James, Rudy, JR, Curtis and the team were fantastic! It started as a concrete floor, studded walls with some older insulation and ceiling joists. I now have two gorgeous and large bedrooms with custom window jambs and beautiful trim and baseboards. Even with a couple hiccups due to the original builder, Rudy was able to construct two stunning rooms. The basement feels warm, bright and complete, and the value of my home has now increased greatly. James was wonderful the whole way through, always ensuring I was happy with the progress. Rudy was tireless and truly a wonderful man to welcome into my home to work. He always measured twice and his workmanship is top notch. JR's work on the ceiling was incredible! Show-home-worthy doesn't even begin to touch the talent this man has for finishing techniques. Thank you MSZ!!! There will always be a fresh plate of cookies if I need more work done!

I cannot say enough in the way of praise for Robert and Handyman Connection! I needed to replace all the accessible Poly-B lines in my home (unfinished basement area allowed for some 'easier' access... I say 'easier' as there were spots that seemed impossible but he found a way!) and Robert tackled the task! Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he continually showed me what and why he was doing and how I can maintain my water lines in my new (to me) house. The job ended up being more tedious than expected due to previous homeowners and contractors, but that didn't stop Robert. He insisted on finishing the job just so, and always left me with running water each day when he left. Roberta always arrived on time in the morning and if there were any questions he did not hesitate to answer. The advice, the workmanship and the friendly manner were paramount and I will not hesitate for one moment to call Robert if anything is needed in the future. Thank you Robert and Handyman Connection!!
