Greg and Mark arrived at the appointed time and explained what they will be doing to clean the ducts. They were very professional, thorough and performed the job with care protecting the floors, walls and furnitures. They showed us before and after pictures of the insides of the ducts which showed the dust and dirt they will take out and how clean the ducts were after they were done. They even vacuumed the inside and surrounding area of the furnace at no extra charge. For an extra $30 they cleaned our central vacuum system. I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again next time.

A few years after we bought our house in 1988, I had two two basement foundation cracks repaired using the traditional method which involved digging at the sides of the house and filling the cracks and then filling the hole. The repairs cost a few hundred dollars each at that time and left mounds of dirt which I had to work on to restore it to how they looked like before the repairs. But the problems were fixed and there hasn't been any leak since. In early 2014, I noticed some water on the basement floor seeping from another side of the house. I phoned two repair companies listed on homeStars.com and got quotes for around $1500. I mentioned my concern that the gas and water lines run along that side of the house and that there are concrete slabs over where they will dig since we use use that side as a walkway to the backyard. Plus there was about 2 feet of ice and snow over that area at that time. They said the gas and water lines and the snow and ice wouldn't pose any problems, but said they can't do much about restoring the area to how it was before digging. I phoned Aqua Dry Technology and it was Mark who took the call and he explained how he was going to fix it from the inside without having to dig outside. He came to check the leak and said he could do the repair. He again explained the process to me but since my basement was finished, he would need to cut some part of the inside wall. He did say that after the repair, the portions would be nailed back so that it'll only need some drywall compound, sanding and painting to restore the wall. Mark did the repair as he explained it with no digging involved. It cost me about a third of the price the other companies were charging and less work to restore. It's been over a year since and I haven't seen any water leak since.
