We had Brent come in and do our PDI and 30 day report for our new condo last month. He was very professional right from the get go from the first time we spoke on the phone, all the way to the end of his service. He was very thorough and found 25 issues with our place.. some were small but I probably would've overlooked them and some were more concerning and he spent more time trying to figure out what the builders did. I recommended him to two other friends in the same building and he gave us a group rate if we had our appointments on the same day in a row. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. My friends and I were happy with his service that more people in our complex who are moving in soon have decided to use his services as well... I assure you you will not be disappointed. I will use his services again if I ever move again!

David did a great job on our backsplash for our kitchen. It took him a day and a half - exactly what he told us it would take. He kept the place clean and protected my counters and floors during the process. I was around when he did the job and I was very impressed at how meticulous he was with the placing of the tiles. He was able to "hide" the fact that my builder (new condo) put the counters not level. He did a fantastic job. He gave us options when I thought I bought the wrong amount of tiles and was short, but it all worked out with his help. I would hire him again. He is a very personable individual and a good person to do business with.
