We had some very dirty carpets. Wax stains, things the kids spilled. I doubted they could get them all out. They said they could. The carpets looked way better when done - almost everything was gone, but there was still some wax and a few other stains. They said they did everything they could. Which is I believe, but probably shouldn't have over promised on what they could get out.

Company Response

Thank you very much Christopher for taking time and writing review on carpet cleaning services. Per our company policy, we do not garantee %100 the stain removal based on the nature and properties of some stains??!!! sometimes, the stain dies into carpet and only way to rid off it, is to cut that part of carpet and put another piece of carpet there to save your carpet too. I hope this clarifys it. There must have been mis understanding. Our technician will do say and try their best to get rid off all the stains. Thank you for your feedback and understanding. We are looking forward to provide our services to you again in near future and I am sure you will have a better experience with us. Thanks

They go the extra mile. Water pipe burst and furnace motor got wet and sized up. They replaced it promptly - and had to custom drill the supports. When the solenoid died a year later (wasn't replaced first time) they replaced the whole motor for free so we didn't have to wait for a new one to be shipped!

Furnace stopped working while we were on vacation. Furnace not that old - about 6 years - came with the house when we moved in. Called and talked to Dave - I think he thought it was a heat sensor. Easy, right? Well, Jamie arrived and he noticed the flame going out from the left side to the other. Immediately he knew it wasn't the sensor. He thought maybe the gas valve, or the heat exchanger. The exhaust wasn't blocked as I had checked that. The valve or heat exchange was bad news - expensive. Probably just out of warranty. He was going to replace the gas valve just to check that first... but, to make matters worse, the gas line was buried by an electrical panel. He worked for a while and managed to get it out from the furnace directly by moving the entire valve. That's when he noticed the crack in the exhaust line. He showed me how thin the pipe was inside. Maybe there was stress on it? Either way, fixing that wasn't much easier. The exhaust had no give and an elbow was tight against the top. He could get the screws loose to get the coupler out. He came up with a great idea to cut that out, extend new thicker pipe from the current exhaust to the inside. It took a few hours to get it all done, but he managed to get it all hooked up and running. It was toasty right away. I was impressed - he knew his stuff, as he called it right away. The exhaust was on the left side and the crack was blowing the flames out. It was right at the top where the burners were. It made sense and the second he had it fixed, it worked fine. So - lots of labour due to the installation hell, but we didn't waste money fixing parts we didn't need and he was very thorough in his fix.
