Do not trust this company. Do not be fooled by their marketing, their guarantees and their photos. Unlike other companies, this one will send a young and inexperienced salesperson to do your quote. He does not know what he is talking about. They will try to squeeze more money out of you every step along the way. We were fooled by the appearance of professionalism. We paid a deposit of 1/3 of the job despite the warning signs. We were told that our gutters would be done within 2-4 weeks. Three months later, they apparently attended our home unscheduled and apparently looked at the job without us being present. They then called me and claimed that the extent of work that was required was far beyond what was quoted. I have had four other experienced tradesmen look at the job and tell me that this company was not honest with me - I terminated the contract and months later I have yet to receive my deposit. Make sure you don't buy a service from a company that increases their costs due to marketing overhead and paying salespeople who are NOT tradespeople. Run the other way.

Company Response

We find this review discouraging and disturbing. We do apologize for your experience! However, we are not in business to fool our customers. We at D'angelo and Son's strive to be the best and thorough with each and every one of our projects. This response was so important to us we sent the owner Aaron D’Angelo to visit the homeowner on Saturday Morning. With over ten pictures we showed how originally the old aluminium fascia did not go all the way up to the top under the drip edge and had rotted the fascia board. That being said from the ground this would be impossible to see. Unfortunately their is not much more we could have done even though this is not the most desirable information to receive. In order to fix this problem it will take additional work. Putting eavestrough over top of this rotten wood fascia board would turn out to be a big problem in the future for the homeowner and our Reputation. We wish there was better news. Even though it would have been at an additional cost we would not feel comfortable moving forward with this project as it was originally. Even though we did not feel that this was our mistake we did offer to complete the eavestrough for free. When asked we refunded her deposit without any fees or deductions. If all else hopefully we educated the home owner on the project and we hope she takes our recommendation seriously. Please make sure the next contractor does not ignore these issues.
