I hired David to be my home inspector for a 3 yr old townhouse that I'm about the purchase. He is very thorough in going through all the details. Explaining all the construction material being used and some of the construction method being used as we walk around the outside of the house (which is great experience for me as this is my first time owning a house). And it is also comforting to know that David already did his homework before coming to the inspection as he already know who is the builder of the townhouse without me telling him. One thing that I'm really happy with is that he climbed up into the attic and found a broken dryer vent pipe that I'll need to fix which I'm sure will safe me from potential future health problem if not taken care of. The final report is clear with all the details / things that was found during the inspection. I'm very happy with the quality of the service and I definitely recommend David for your home inspection.
