John was very engaging and thorough on preparing a quotation to replace the Poly B piping throughout the house, change/upgrade valves, etc. plus put in PRV and auto shut off.

Take away about a 1/3 load of junk from my home
A flyer/coupon in the mail offer $25/less for 1/2 load.$50 for more. I phoned a 1-800 . Who confirmed the offer. Ordered the service. When they arrived, I was told the removal was going to be $189 or so less $25 offer. This was the first that it was spelt out that the removal was not going to be $25/50, but as per a rate card presented at the time of arrival. Junk was already out of house. I committed though I was very upset that the rate had not been mentioned nor discussed upon call to the callcentre.
