The technician showed up on time but thought he was coming to repair a dryer even though I had given the dispatcher the complete make/model and stated that we were 90% sure it needed a new pump. She repeated everything back to me to confirm. The technician confirmed what we already knew but couldn't fix it because he didn't have the part with him. He offered to come back the next day and do the repair for $459. My husband has ordered the part for $150 and will replace it himself. (We already had the old pump out)
