Had Landecks in to do work in Summer 2013. The work itself was very well done and has only sunk in one spot, but the rest has no noticeable shifting. There were many design issues with my wife having to adjust a lot of what was originally offered to make the yard look up to what we expected. If left in Daren's hands it would have resulted in a very sub par result. For example the fireplace which they had to tear down and rebuild because he made the stack too small (see pic), then had 3 code violations that had to be fixed. Their waterfall concept was not in line with what we expected and my wife had to get on him to make it to our liking. Bump outs that were not aesthetically appealing had to be modified, they misquoted on the length of retaining wall we would need and no sod was included in a huge job leaving us with a dirt track. Maybe the small stuff Landecks excels at but beware with lack of design and what you are getting on a larger job. On some levels they were great but on some larger issues it would have been a huge flop if left to their design. Come see for yourself, the end project was a huge success thanks to my wife's vision and being on top of them.
