I called customer service to change my monthly billing method, and it was handled quickly and easily. Following that, the representative asked if I would like to have a system check, which I agreed to. It was discovered that my front door's unit was not functioning. They set up a free visit to my home to rectify the issue, when they will also replace all of the batteries in my system at no charge. Excellent customer service, thank you!
