We had been experiencing some small amount of leaking from our 2nd floor wall/ceiling that only occured during heavy rainfall. We contacted Mr Roof Repair to have someone come out to see if they could locate the problem and to fix it. Though we contacted them in the period right after the tornado of last year, we were able to get Arthur to our home within about a week of the initial contact. He arrived at the agreed time and set to work right away. He discovered we had some missing step flashing in our area of our roof, and the wood below showed some signs of water damage so it was likely the area of concern. He not only fixed the problem area, but did a complete inspection of the roof and made many many more spot treatments to other areas of the roof with smaller issues that would have gotten worse without the repairs. He took before and after pictures of all the work and provided them to us, as well. He was also able to give us an estimate of how much longer our roof would last wth explanations for what he was seeing. It was a pleasure dealing with Arthur and everyone from Mr Roof Repair.

We had a fairly large pavement ant infestation in our basement, in the wall beneath our patio door. I didn't realize the extent of the infestation until I got a closer look downstairs after the summer was already over (we had seen a few dozen upstairs in the spring/summer, but weren't sure how they got there). Kevin offered a few different options for treatment and was very sensitive to the fact that my wife was pregnant and didn't overdo the chemicals and explained how long we would want to stay out of the house to be safe. He offered a very competitive price and a longer warranty than the other companies I had looked into (which was nice since the warranty covered the period when I would likely see the ants coming back). While he was doing the direct treatment for the ants, he also sprayed other crevices around the basement to help with spiders and other unwanted guests, which was also very nice and I've noticed a difference since then. Kevin also came back a week later when I told him I was still seeing a couple of ants in one small area. Though they may have died eventually from the treatment, he came out and re-treated the area with no issues whatsoever, which was very pleasent. I had also worked with Kevin previously to deal with an issue with mice in our attic, and both times he was friendly, courteous, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Kevin for any issues you may have with pests in and around your home.
