JP delivered our new dishwasher from Trail Appliances, installed it and removed the old one. He was courteous and did not leave a mess. He ensured the new machine was working before he left. We are very pleased with the service.

After our dryer received service for a burned out element, the repairman recommended we contact the Dryer Vent Wizard to clean our roof vented dryer vent to prevent further issues. James was extremely helpful and explained what needed to be done to ensure a proper vent cleaning and maximize dryer efficiency. He patiently explained what he was doing and showed us before and after pictures. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up after he was finished. Our dryer is working better than ever and drying times have significantly improved since our vent was cleaned. We have and will continue to recommend James to family and friends.

My goal when attending a customers residence is to make sure I've made their dryer ducting safe, code compliant and that it operates properly. As well, I find it important to explain and provide as much information about the specific dryer duct run to them.

Our dishwasher was not draining and we were worried about water leaking onto the hardwood flooring. I called Knight Plumbing as soon as the problem was noticed. Dispatch had a tech trying to troubleshoot over the phone to determine if a housecall was needed. They were able to have a plumber out the same day. Once onsite, the plumber was able to pinpoint the problem immediately and our dishwasher is running better than ever. We have used Knight Plumbing in the past and we have always been very satisfied with their service. We will continue to use Knight Plumbing and have recommended them to numerous times.
