We had the pleasure of calling AlarmForce today and my husband was overly satisfied with the service call. Our system was telling us of a low system battery. Rather than just offering to order the battery and be done with the call, the agent took the time to investigate our system and offered to replace our system with an updated system because the one we have currently eats through batteries. This will be done free of charge. Thanks for going the extra mile AlarmForce. This is a pleasant surprise.
