Good, decent folks going about their business with an "old school", no nonsense, approach. From Mario to the field guys (Dave & Roy) exemplar courtesy and an attentive, easy going manner. A concern with the ventilation pipes facing a public lane-way adjacent to our house was quickly understood and and a fix promised, after we brought it to Mario's attention over the phone - which was then expertly taken care of, by Cory & Evan on a late, blustery cold evening this past week...Brrrr Two thumbs up, all around!
