When we discovered asbestos the night before our furnace was installed, we were stressed out trying to find an abatement company. Jay at Tritec took the time to explain the process and suggest some companies to call as his company would be required to monitor their work, but did not do the removal. When we chose our abatement company, Jay ensured he was available and again went over the process so we were completely aware of what not only he would be doing but how his work corresponded with the work of the abatement company. He explained how he would need to provide us with a report but this was dependent on his samples getting to the testing site on time. He was on time for the day of removal, did his monitoring, and kept us informed on where he was at for getting the testing completed and the report to us. His report came in quickly and we were able to get our furnace installed shortly after. We truly appreciated Jay's work and his support in what was a very stressful time and would recommend him.

When we found out we had asbestos the night before our furnace installation during the cold of winter, we were extremely stressed out and at our wit's end. During our calls to various companies, it was recommended we call Dean at Advanced Remediation Solutions. From the start Dean was open about the process, what he could do for us, and willing to support us through this time. We were open about trying to get a couple quotes in a relatively short time frame and Dean was out the next morning to look at our basement and provide us with a reasonable quote. Dean went above and beyond in helping us stay calm and feel like there was an end in sight for the conditions we were living in. Not only did he provide us with superior work, he kept us informed, he and his crew were on time, and I honestly felt like he had our backs in this situation. He worked with our furnace installers to ensure we had heat back as quickly and safely as possible. What could have been a horribly frustrating time was tempered by Dean's honesty and support. Given that further potential asbestos was identified in the house, we will certainly be calling Dean in the future to help us out.

When our furnace decided to no longer function, we called a couple companies in for quotes. Jordyn from McKinley was on time, discussed our needs, provided many options, and helped us determine what was best for us. When we then discovered asbestos the day before installation, McKinley was there with heaters to help us survive the cold of winter and supported us as we tracked down abatement. They worked with the abatement company to get us heat in the quickest time possible while ensuring everyone was safe. As well, they checked in with us to ensure we were doing fine and see if we needed anything more. The installers (including Vince) ensured they kept our house clean and kept us informed throughout the process, going above and beyond to ensure we understood the various features and the adjustments needed to get a proper installation in our home. I truly appreciate all the support Jordyn, Vince, and the crew gave us throughout this difficult, frustrating time and would recommend them in a heart beat.
