The service was prompt, competent and friendly. They even came back to cover some exposed electrical cables without additional cost. I was very happy with all aspects of their work although I found it very expensive.

A nasty smell in the basement caused me to look up a pluming company on the internet. I couldn't have found a better one than DrainWorks Plumbing. Within an hour of my call somebody came to check out the problem, explained it in clear language while showing it with the help of a camera. The next day they fixed the problem in no time and I appreciated their punctuality,friendliness and professionalism.
