This company is in it only for the money. I have never had worse service. I now see that my experience is the norm for these folks. Book an appointment for a $80 quote. While on site, they tell you that for $280, they will "service" the machine which is probably all it needs. If any parts are required, you would have to pay. They make you sign a paper saying this and then 20 minutes later, they claim that they updated everything in your machine but unfortunately, it needs a part and they will have to get back to you. Now, I think he knew all along that he was not going to fix it. Weeks later and several calls later, they finally quote me $521 for the part. The total cost of the repair would greatly exceed the cost of a new dryer!! Do not call these people for any reason.
