My furnace stopped working and I called AccuServe. They sent their technician Ashraf and he explained about the various parts that he was checking. It was only because of Ashraf's careful and thorough examination of the various parts of the furnace that he found the cause. If he hadn't taken the time to really look, I would probably have had to replace an expensive part and the furnace still would not have worked. James and his team were polite, professional and committed to providing excellent service. James came and took a look at my hot water tank and took the time to explain the problems and answer my questions. He took pictures of where the tank was leaking and also let me see the leak for myself. I'd highly recommend James and his team.
