Worst Security company ever. we have cameras and alarm system from them. Periodically the cameras fall out and every time we call them for customer service we are being pushed over to other customer service agents. The service is rude and they hang up the phone on us ! ___ today 09.02.2015) for example i was on the phone with the customer service rep named PRIYA. we have been waiting for over 15 days for a camera to be replaced. they keep telling us the haven't received the new camera yet. when we confronted them about this she just hung up on us ! ___ This is very unprofessional of them, specially a company that Provides Security systems. unreliable and unprofessional ! i wouldn't choose this company again, even if they were the last security company on earth ! sad but true...
