Alex is a smart plumber. I had two valves behind the wall, inside the heating/cooling unit. The valves were old, completely rusted and difficult to access. Alex came on site and immediately knew the best way to do. He replaced the dead valves with ball valves, through the register outlet without having to break the wall. (Later on I learned that a neighbor had gone through a difficult process replacing their two bad valves inside their heating/cooling unit; their plumber broke the wall to replace them with conventional valves.) Alex's work was clean and neat. He is a high level professional in plumbing.

A Tenant was in the process of moving out after ten years of tenancy. The apartment was in no condition for showings. I invited Andrew to suggest wall colors and renovation ideas. The apartment was turned into a lovely place after the renovation. The first viewer was so attracted to it that she completed her application on the spot. In addition to her artistic flair, Andrea is a person of great personality and warmth. The tenant, who was no longer living in the unit at that time, made a claim to the Landlord and Tenant Board complaining about my entry despite my 24-hour notice. I requested a letter from Andrea to state the facts. She did it unconditionally. I appreciated Andrea's quality as a person as well as her work ethic and artistic strengths.
