David is a really tall funny professional inspector. Actually I did a inspection for another house before, their report is quite general. How ever David's report is more specific and focus on the key points, which I really like. He also gave me very good suggestions on how to maintain the house and a free maintenance book. I just remove the subjects. And I believe David's inspection is a good support for making this big decision. I greatly appreciate all his help.
