I regret having The Gardener clean the snow on my driveway. They always leave 2cm of hardened snow behind and it's noon now and they have yet to come clean the snow. I will go with them again

I am sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our service. We do our best to clear all the snow however, if your driveway is uneven our equipment can't clean the driveway perfectly. As for the timing please note, we cannot control the weather. We do our absolute best to time our services to provide no inconvenience for the clients however during daytime snowfalls we may not arrive until the afternoon. That said we will be there, unlike some other companies that sign clients up and don't provide service at all.
