The house we moved into last year has aluminum wiring throughout the house and I've also found out that there were some outlets were ungrounded (even though we did get an ESA certificate from the sellers at the time of purchasing our house). We would definitely need peace of mind and have therefore checked for electricians on Homestars who could help with the pigtailing/grounding and found MCS and decided contact Marc, the owner of the company for a quote, after reviewing many of his fantastic reviews from his happy customers. A few days later, he came over to my place to look around and provided me a detailed quote. It, in fact, took several months for us to eventually hire him earlier this year to help with the work throughout the house as we were first considering finishing the basement (in which case we would have also needed basement wiring). And when we eventually decided not to finish the basement at this time, I've immediately contacted Marc and he would not only still honour the initial quote he provided but would also agree to come over to our place at an agreed date/time to do some additional work I've asked him for, incl. adding dimmers and pigtail work for the receptacles outside of the house, at reasonable price. When he came over for the work, he first confirmed and explained to me the list of work he would perform in details and also answered all my questions. He then thoroughly inspected each and every receptacles/switches connections in the house and performed the work efficiently & effectively, and once all the required work was completed, he's gone over all the work completed and also made sure there was no dust/mess behind. In addition, he took his own time out of his busy schedule to be physically at my place on the date of the ESA inspection, in ensuring all the requirements were met/satisfied. From the moment I first met Marc for an inspection/quote to the date of the (final) ESA inspection, he was always professional, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, friendly, and courteous. I would certainly not hesitate to recommend him to anyone with electrical needs and of course, he's definitely our "go-to-guy" for our own, including basement finishing in the future. From the first moment I personally talked to Wojtek when he came over to our place to look at the attic and provided suggestions and a quote, I knew I would certainly go with them for our attic insulation. As we were facing high indoor moisture issue mainly due to the poor workmanship performed by an aluminum company, i.e. they installed perforated aluminum soffit just beneath the dirty, ineffective wooden soffit without removing them and/or making any additional holes, I've contacted Wojtek many times for his suggestions and he "unconditionally" provided all the honest and knowledgeable suggestions in his own time (i.e. after hours or early in the morning) on what would be best to address the issue in getting the proper air circulation/ventilation required for our house, before they perform attic insulation, which was of course very much appreciated. Needless to say, once we've addressed the soffit issue by making holes by another aluminum company, I've finally contacted Wojtek to arrange a date/time for attic insulation and he would gladly scheduled us in for the earliest date/time available. His crews, incl. Bart, Tom, and Matt, who were all very friendly, courteous, and professional, have come on time, provided clear explanation of the work performed, and done fantastic job in removing old insulation and installing cellulose insulation to R60, as well as cleanup when finished. Furthermore, they made sure that I was happy with their work by taking me up to the attic and showing me the final result. Overall, I could not be happier with all the help/suggestions I've got from Wojtek, as well as wonderful work done by Bart/Tom/Matt! Thank you all very much again for everything!!

From the initial moment I talked to Ani on the phone to inquire her about the possibility of helping us with an issue caused by another aluminum company who did work on our soffit/eaves/fascia a couple of months ago (i.e. the other aluminum company installed the (perforated) aluminum soffit underneath our wooden soffit without making any vent holes which would certainly not help with the ventilation/moisture issue we were facing!!) to the date Ani and Petar came to our house to perform the work for us, everything was very smooth and pleasant. We were all well aware that it was from the bad workmanship by another aluminum company, but both Petar and Ani would gladly help fix the issue for us and certainly tried to provide me the best and most cost-effective solutions for me and for our house, not to mention they would schedule and come to my house on a weekend (as they were fully booked for the weekdays) in accommodating us. After looking at some work performed by Petar in getting the vent holes, I’ve realized that it was certainly not an easy task nor a “clean” job to do, however, Petar did perform the work very delicately as if he was doing it for his own house and also provided some suggestions in what else needs to be fixed for better ventilation/air-circulation of the house. Thank you very much again, Petar/Ani, for everything and I will certainly contact you for any aluminum needs (i.e. siding) in the future!

With a very tight deadline, Tony and his crews were being very accommodative (while I believe he's had several other jobs in line) and quickly got on with the installation of their own (Gerard) metal roof on our house once agreed on their quote and other details provided. With the weather helping out for us, fortunately, i.e. no rain/storm, the team was on our premises every morning, even on the weekend, and worked very diligently every day & all day, and made sure installation was done efficiently and also on time as promised. The end result is that we now have a beautiful metal roof we will enjoy for many years to come!
