I wasn't planning on changing/upgrading my furnace, A/C or water heater when a rep from Simply Comfort showed up on my doorstep. He asked to see my furnace and even though I was reluctant I allowed him into the basement where he performed a 24 point inspection. Upon completion, he recommended a furnace upgrade. I wasn't convinced that it was necessary and wasn't prepared to do the upgrade. It wasn't until Shawn Joseph and his associate showed up that I was convinced and I knew that I would proceed with the upgrade. Shawn was professional and very knowledgeable about the products. He was very thorough in outlining the benefits of the upgrade and explaining the savings that could be realized. I was sold. I upgraded furnace, A/C and water heater. I appreciated the fact that Shawn was patient and took the time to fully explain the products and benefits of the upgrade. It was refreshing to note that even though he was passionate about the Simply Comfort products he was not pushy or aggressive. It is my opinion that Shawn is definitely an asset to the Company.
