TERRIBLE after service. Have had two defective couches shipped to me, and now they are trying to deliver a third one. Ridiculous. From the Brampton store manager, to Rohni and Alexis at customer service, to the General Manager Michael, I have been given the run-around. Michael, especially, has a quick (and often conflicting) answer for everything. I would recommend that you stay very far away from this company. For the amount I spent on this couch, I could have had a far superior product without all the hassle.

Hi Michelle. From what I understand, there was a problem at the outside back of the corner piece of the sectional on both occasions. We are very sorry that you have been put out and imagine that it must be frustrating for you as well. I don't know why there was an issue with both corner pieces as we have sold hundreds of pieces of this product without that issue but know that the service department has thoroughly looked at the new piece coming to you on Saturday. I'm not sure what the 4 people you spoke of have done to make you as upset as you are but will look into that as well. Please understand that this is not something that we wish for either as it costs everyone time and money but we are obligated to make sure you have the right product in your home.
