We had replaced most of our windows about a year ago, but did not have a chance to do the doors. After this summer our patio door in the back was becoming too loose letting much of the rain and the wind in. We have been meaning to replace it for quite some time. I noticed that my neighbour was changing all of his doors with Gold Star windows. I came over and got some information from the guys. The owner was there and he was nice enough to come by that afternoon to take a look at our door and give me a few different options with different pricing. We chose a double pain Energy Star efficient door. They had them instock so the job was done literaly the next week. We just loved how smooth the whole process went. Thank you guys for your help!

This is the second move I used them for and it went as well as the first move. I only moved a few blocks from one house to another, but stopped at a storage unit too. Everything was wrapped and padded well. They also were able to discard an old sofa for me for an extra $50 which was a great convenience! All of the move coordinators are easy to work with and very responsive. The moving crew was prompt, quick and careful with my things. My move came in a couple hundred dollars under the estimate, and took 6 1/2 hours instead of the 8 estimated. I hope I do not move again for a long time, but if I do I would definitely use Europa Moving again!

I originally called Steven to get a quote on replacing eight of my windows. During the initial meeting I thought all he did was windows. When he heard about the scope of my project, he mentioned that he could offer a quote on the siding and the painting as well. He was professional and encouraging, rather than being alarming and applying pressure. Compared to three other contractors, his rates were simple, clear, responsive to my needs and highly competitive. The selection of the windows was an area when Steven's expertise showed through. He patiently explained the differences between different types of windows and made carefully considered recommendations. His crews have obviously worked with him for a long time. The window installers were prompt, respectful of my home (especially since they had to work on the inside) and quick. The residing project was huge. The house has three levels so the workers had to erect a scaffold. The onsite supervisor of the crew checked in with me daily (when I was available). He was courteous and operated very independently. He was clearly very experienced and took ownership of high quality craftsmanship. When the residing project was complete, two of my neighbors thought that the project was over because even without paint, the house looked fantastic. The painter was a bit slower but very thorough. I would certainly call him to help me with handyman work and painting the inside of my home. He worked alone and was conscientious of details. He hand painted around the windows and took extra care with the windows that were not replaced. In the end, I'm very happy with my home and the work that was done. The experience was positive and while for me, it was a big project, I feel like I totally got my moneys worth!
