Started the job gave him a deposit of $6000, did not hear from him for about 3 weeks. Finally showed up and stated the job. His crew was some young with 2 guys. Once he was half complete the job. Said the job is taking longer them he expected and wanted more money. We had everything on a contract and then wanted more money. After fighting with him over a month over the new price we came to an understanding. Then he ran away again for about 2 weeks. Came back and said he can’t complete the job because his truck was being repossessed and needed more money. I refused and he came back about a week later and started the job. Once he was about 95% he said he need to pay his works and needed money. He promised to come back and complete the job. This was in July 2014. Today is Jan 29 2015 and the job is not complete. He won’t come back and complete the job. Will be taking him to small claims court.

I don't understand why are you going all over the Internet and putting reviews abt me
1st u gave me deposit upon my request because that's how I work with builders that there bill over 10000$
second of all I never asked you for money before my job was completed and I never told u I need to pay my workers (you are making stuff up to make me look bad )
3rd my job was completely done and I requested the money and ur started running away from me for paying me and I had to put a lean on the house to get my money from you
what ever you wrote in the review is all wrong and making stories up
I have proof of the lean and I think i still have the txt msg that said ur job is doNE and I need my money
you wanted me to come back and put ur pipes in the rain storm pipe which is wasn't in and another eavestroughing company was there when we talked abt this
and I said I would Come back when you do it and I will charge for it
and now am out of country and am not able to do it
and I really don't wanna come back wouldn't like to take business from a guy that ran away for a month from me to pay me saying that your busy with playing golf and another time getting groceries for your wife and after a month of waiting you gave me a cheque with a wrong signature and u had yo come to the bank to correct your signature
I will be happy to facenter you in court and I will sue you for putting fake review abt my company
