This is our second new-home build from very reputable and large builders and although both experiences have been positive, our new home from Fernbrook has been exceptional and here's why: 1-quality materials - framing in particular 2-no delays- closed on time 3- we were treated as home owners not lot numbers 4-exceptional service - beyond the norm 5-always took calls!!!! 6- excellent selection in finishes- standards were really good 7-trades / repair - always kept their appointments and finished on time 8-warranteed repairs were done to our satisfaction, not their's 9-pleasant and helpful - good tips for home maintenance when asked 10-lovely sub-division - good planning Would buy again form Fernbrook in a heartbeat.
