Our basement is fully finished which added to the complexity of resolving the problem. The situation required waterproofing the foundation from the outside which meant that we had to remove all the existing pattern concrete and start over. This also caused damage to the existing stone veneer cladding. This cladding was installed more than 10 years ago by Craft Stone. The workmanship at that time was exceptional and the veneer has stood up exceptionally well against the elements since it has been installed. I was very satisfied at the time of the installation and had referred the company to my neighbors, parents and friends who also had a very positive experience with Craft Stone. When I reached out earlier this year to the owner Devinder to request that he asses and repair the damage, he responded right away. He was honest in telling me that it would take him 2-3 months to get to my job due to the Covid-19 pandemic, its effect on resources and the backlog that it had caused. True to his word, however, we did reconnect two months later. He and his crew then repaired the work in a timely and thorough fashion. The final result was beautiful like it had been before! We didn’t hesitate to reach out to Mark at Prestige Pools to do the pool renovation. His father Tony built our pool in 1999 and their company has been servicing it ever since. Prestige built us a very solid pool that has stood the test of time. Mark came up with clever ideas on how to update our pool that included layered cake stairs with a bench. This gave us lounging capabilities in the pool and more deck space by removing the protruding original fiberglass stairs. He also incorporated a waterfall feature, designer ladders, led lights, a waste line and an ozone chlorination system. The end product is beautiful and the pool is much lower maintenance. Following extensive research and multiple quotes from different waterproofing companies, we decided to put our trust in RCC and we are so glad we did! First, the level of service that we received from Den, the Operations Supervisor, was exceptional. This started from the time of the original assessment and contract negotiations to the last detail of the job and payment collection. Den was patient and very hands-on making sure that everything was done well and we were satisfied. This also included arranging to brace our neighbor’s retaining wall to prevent it from leaning once they removed our adjacent concrete walkway to complete the job. The crew was exceptional. Darwin, the foreman, was engaged throughout and attentive to every detail. He also communicated with us regularly to explain and advise on certain bespoke elements of the job. The crew worked extremely well together and displayed a high level of pride and enthusiasm for their work. A shout out to Mark and the others for their hard work! In the end, the crew executed a very challenging and complex operation that involved removing a lot of pattern concrete and tunneling underneath our rear balcony. When they were finished, the clean-up job was thorough. Even our neighbors on both sides of our home commented on how well they executed and cleaned-up with little disruption to them. I was looking for high quality white full-extension drawers for my kitchen cabinets. I obtained in-home consultations from several competing suppliers, but only found what I was looking for from Dan the Drawer Man. The consultation was very professional. I ordered 18 drawers in total. The drawers were completed and ready to install ahead of schedule. The installation was quick, clean and flawless. I was very pleased with the work of Bath Solutions in Mississauga. Guytano and his team did an excellent job. The main work item was a bathroom renovation in my sons' bathroom. They removed the tub and replaced it with a shower pan with a built-in seat, new vinyl textured walls, glass shower doors, grip handles and new hardware. We also replaced the sink and hardware. The workers were punctual, were careful not to be messy and completed the job very efficiently. The final result exceeded my expectations. Other work included some minor upgrades in other bathrooms. I would highly recommend Bath Solutions to my family and friends.
