During a simple annual inspection/clean, I was told that my furnace had to be "red tagged" due to a crack in the heat exchanger. This was on a Thursday evening at 4 P.M. I was quoted $5000 to replace the furnace by the company that inspected my old furnace. I was told that their sales rep. would call me. By 7 pm that evening I began to panic and made many phone calls while waiting for the original sales rep. to call me. Dave and Sylvio were the last company to come in and quote on the job. I gave Dave the "GO" at 7 am and they were at my home by 11 am Friday morning. I received quality workmanship...every promise fulfilled and best of all, I received a quality furnace for a great price. If I could give Dave an "11" rating, I would.
