I had several new windows replced in my home. The windows arrived on time and the crew was very professional except I felt they should have cleaned the windows when they had completed the job. I first had a problem with the kitchen window which wouldn't lock. It took many calls to the company and over 3 months finally the owner David Snell came out. Even he had difficulty locking the window. Once it was locked I was advised that the vinyl needed to mould so not to open it for a month? I had to suffer through the worst of the winter with a window that was drafty because it would not close properly. I then had a problem with one of the bedroom windows again coutless calls. They sent a person out about 1 month later who did nothing and I had to continue to call and waited another month to get the problem solved. The company had also replaced my eaves troughs. The front got dinted and so the company was called quoted the cost of the job and an approval was made. After a month and a half no one came to do the repair and we finally gave up. Extremely poor after sales service.

This client represents a mean spiritedness I would rather never see again and I consider his comments "petty" as this job was outstanding in its quality regardless of his suggestion that he had a problem with a window lock and a service technician was sent to fix what was a minor problem but at no time was he told not to open or not use his window.
I saw the client after this install and he was unable to face me due to his lack of truthfulness-NOT impressed George
