I am very happy with my new Stainless steel Samsung gas range and Kitchenaid fridge. They were the topping on the cake after refinishing our cupboards and putting in new countertops. I am not happy that we get charged so much for installation though and they have no installers that they employ. Trying to arrange for disconnection of gas stove a day before delivery and waiting around after delivery for the installer to come hook everything up is ridiculous. It should all happen together. Every visit costs more money. I feel the company should have their own installers that guarantee their work. Also check how long you have to find any defects. With Samsung it is a matter of days for any damage. Also have delivery people unwrap the appliance so you can check. Once they are gone there is no way of knowing who did what. You are signing off when they deliver that it is perfect. They should tell you that when you buy the appliance to check everything when delivered. Then you know for sure if someone in your house did it or the delivery or installer. It was a minor issue, but consumer beware!
