Everyone was professional, friendly and overall, got the job done well. The cost was reasonable and competitive. My only complaint is that it would've been helpful to have been advised by the team of problematic paints that don't cover well. I happened to pick one of these problematic whites and I had to buy more paint than expected. I was pleasantly surprised however when Matthew offered to compensate me for that inadvertent oversight. I'm impressed how this was handled professionally, thank you, WoW. Despite this. I would definitely hire WoW again and refer them. It was a great experience and I'm happy with the final outcome.

Sergei responded efficiently to my inquiry to fix a refrigerator and washing machine. He was polite, professional and friendly and worked efficiently on fixing the issues. All of these qualities are important to me and make a huge difference in who I choose to work with; as well, his fees are reasonable in my opinion. He also offers a warranty. Sergei explained the issues with both appliances, told me how he would fix it and what the potential costs would be. He was able to fix the fridge on his first visit and the other appliance within a couple of days after ordering the needed replacement part. I won't hesitate to recommend his services. Lou was personable, calm, had a smile on his face and knew exactly what to do to retrieve the raccoon family from my house soffits. He extracted them humanely and safely. Once removed, the Mom raccoon had the ability and space to fetch her three babies individually. The cost also included the need to add screen boxes over the five house vents on the roof - AND for a reasonable additional fee, I'll have Lou back to also install screens in my unfinished garage in the space at the top of the walls where it opens up to the soffits to prevent these animals from gaining access. Lou saw footprints on the wall ! and we saw broken vases that fell from a shelf as a result of the Momma raccoon scaling it to get up to the open soffits!! I'm happy to refer Lou to you. He was a pleasure to work with.
