Keith came to clean my furnace ducts but did so much more. He cleaned my HVAC, patched up a few things, and provided lots of very useful information. He was innovative, worked around challenges, and was very personable, trustworthy, respectful (not condescending), and didn't 'oversell'. I will definitely have him come back.
