A "repair" guy came to look at my dishwasher - stood around for 10 minutes, after which he declared pump is busted and will be 860+tax to fix. After he left I figured out the problem was food that was stuck in the pipe - which the guy didn't even look at. After multiple attempts and rude deflections from the secretary I still have not heard back from the manager for over a month now - even though they assured me he would call back. The secretary kept badgering me with the rehashed quote that they do not give refunds and that the manager will tell me the same thing etc. Not only did they provide subpar technical diagnostic service, their customer service made the experience that much more bitter and humiliating. I really feel like someone came in, ripped me off, took my money and then laughed in my face about it. My advice - don't call them and tell anyone else considering doing so to avoid them as well.
