We had this company do a quote on refacing our kitchen cabinets. The Sales Representative arrived on time, was professional in appearance and manner. He did a thorough job of measuring, he had an IPad to show us ideas and before/after pictures, he did not pressure us to make the sale and overall was very informative. He even took the time to give us an opinion about cabinets we were not planning to refinish - but again no pressure to add this to the quote.

Complete Builders did a large renovation for us -part of the reno was that the garage had to be taken off and rebuilt. In the process of the demolition, a cut was made and our roof sustained damage. The damage was covered but not well enough, winds came up, rain started coming into the house. We called Complete Builders, at Midnight and very soon their employees were here with tarps and solved the problem. It was still raining so we were appreciative that they did not have excuses - they just came and solved the problem, regardless of the weather.

And the follow-up is threatening and abusive phone calls. The Drain Man stands there with a wireless credit card machine and demands $690+ to unblock a drain. Two hours minimum, @ $330 an hour. Wished I had been on the ball and put him to work for the remaining hour and a half. Then the fellow wouldn't unblock my drive-way (guess that's not a plumbing job). And the abusive calls start. So far I have a lien on my property, the civil authorities have been called and Mr 'The Drain Man' is on his way to take what will be left over. All in less time than to clean my drain.
