Our fridge died on Sunday night. We didn't notice until Monday morning at which point the freezer was still functioning but fridge was not cooling. We started calling around to appliance repair companies and found Cascade listed on HomeStars so thought we would give them a try. They responded very quick, working around my availability. The tech showed up as promised the same evening, on time, and with he parts he thought were faulty on our fridge. Him and his wife showed me what the issue was, what he was doing to fix it, what parts were going in to correct the issue, and how to make the fridge work more efficiently in the future. We had Protectron installed at our place and had nothing but issues. Between the tech not showing up when promised to our first bill being more than triple what it should be I would not recommend their service. It took over a week of phone calls to get the billing issue corrected after they took it off my credit card. The alarm is an alarm, it serves it purpose however the backend side at Protectrons office really is a pain to work with.
