I called SWAT Wildlife late Thursday night because we discovered a racoon problem under our roof deck. I talked to Josh; it was apparent very quickly he was extremely knowledgeable. We booked an appointment for the next day. He was courteous, professional and thorough with his explanations. The price charged for the work performed I considered to be very fair. If I ever had an animal problem again I would definitely call SWAT Wildlife.

Kay Plumbing incorrectly diagnosed how to fix the problem. They caused thousands of dollars of unnecessary expense. We had to take them to small claims court to win some of our money back. Even with the settlement they made receiving payment a pain. They were not honourable to deal with.
