Our Kitchen-aide dishwasher was not working properly and we called sever recommended service people. Some didn't return calls. None showed up. We went to Google and Energytech popped up. We called. They answered, took a message and Khan called back very promptly. Problem explained. Problem understood. The service man showed up as promised the next day and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable cost. He offered some helpful hints about future use as well. Definitely a company we would recommend and would use again.
