Long story short, my first home was secured by JTL Alarm and now in my new home, it remains the same. Since day one of my installation with Dolby at my old home, he provided much information, advices and customer service that was truly from his heart; ensuring his clients felt safe in their own homes, and even for businesses. He always abide by this one rule and never faltered. Even when he is unable to make it for installations or to evaluate any issues/problems, he would send out his entrusted colleagues to take care of it. We understand he cannot do it all! Also, he would contact me to ensure if the issues/problems were resolved and if there are any other concerns. The followups he does is an action that shows you his compassion for his clients and it is not about gaining any monetary means of any sort. His technician Bob, was and always have been amazing and a wonderful delight when he was sent to resolve issues in my home or currently, to install my security system in the new home. Through my experience, I noticed that he also portrays the same mentality and he does want to do the best install he can: a bit more seamless and not an unsightly installation. I also know, nothing is perfect in life so mistakes can happen too, as none are intentional. His competency to how do things and integrate all wiring into the home are a nice touch. Bob is also understanding and listens if you wanted to place a panel a certain height, and he makes suggestions just to give you options. In my second home, Dolby provided a bit more security for myself with an outdoor/indoor camera and an automatic light switch for outside, in which, I can control all in the Alarm.com app on my phone. His recommendations definitely provided a more secure feature to my home and I feel very safe because I am able to easily monitor things myself if I am away from home or not. I am VERY HAPPY with my system and the new features he implemented. Bob was my installer once again, and although it was a bit of a process, it was not the fault of the installing. There was a bit of difficulty connecting the sensors to the alarm surveillance team; however, Bob was persistent to ensure all were connected accordingly. He was great with this installation, and his patience and endurance was appreciated, especially when the weather was a bit chilly having to install the outdoor camera. Overall, I have been with JTL Alarm for about 6 years, going on 7, and I have never regretted it. They truly provide the best service, and even the surveillance team is amazing when the alarm system goes off. They contact you right away to ensure you are okay or if you need assistance. I guarantee that if you want a secure and safe feeling in your home, JTL Alarm is a top notch choice! Dolby and his team have been amazing, even my sister has been very happy to have them too as her security measure. I thank Dolby and his team for not only providing a great customer service, but also for truly caring about the safety of his clients as people and not for profiting. Definitely give them a try and hopefully, as new clients, you will feel secure and grateful for this amazing team.

JTL was my first security system installed in my new home (at that time) and they will also be the last. I likely was not thinking when I switched from JTL to another security company, who came by door-to-door. This salesman made it sound great - upgraded panels/interface, and throwing in some features and just like that, I switched over in one evening! At first, the thought of trying something new with many upgrades was cool, but when it all sets in, it was not the best choice I made that night. You get pressured to commit without thorough thinking when it comes to these door-to-door situations (which I think that is their tactics). Also, I didn't receive a copy of my contract/welcome package and you feel as though you have to ask for your own things when all these documents/information should have been provided in the beginning...it made me distrust the company and not feel the security I needed. I was stressed over the switch until I had a good talk with Dolby. He brought sense back to myself and now I am fully committed to JTL. Dolby was very understanding of the situation and he knows how things like this happens. He will always want is best for his clients in both safety and to feel confidence in their home and with the systems being used. That same evening I spoke to Dolby, I cancelled the other security company asap and had them retrieve their equipments. I arranged with Dolby to reinstall their equipment back in, and with a few upgrades, and I felt the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Bob, the technician, was great as always. He installed the equipment with ease and resolved minor issues without stress. He ensured all the equipments were working as a whole system and without much mess. He also provided step by step information of how to use the panel, ensure things were up on my end such as the app and online, and answered all my questions. Although it took a while for everything, nothing seemed painful because Bob was pleasant to talk to and he had a fabulous sense of humor. Due to my experience with both Dolby and Bob (my second time around), it feels you develop a sense of bond and trust - being valued as a client but also, as a individual that mattered to them. They are top notch and amazing, and I do highly recommend them when it comes to your own safety (and not just the cool gadgets you'll get for your home.) They are there for your life and security and so far, I know you can definitely entrust them to make things right for you and your loved ones, without pressure. Thank you so much Dolby, Bob and the rest of the JTL team. I am happy to be a part of the JTL family again. I feel very secure to know that my loved ones and I are getting the protection and safety we need.

In late 2013, I wanted to install a home security system as I was building a home at that time. I did my research and JTL Alarm & Surveillance was the only one I wanted to pursue. Although this company has been rated 10, but it was more because of the reviews that caught my eye. They seem to genuinely care for their clients rather than for financial reasons. I called JTL and left my number for call back and within an hour I received a call from one of their technicians (unexpected surprise!). He educated me about the system for my own knowledge, so I am aware of how the alarm works and the difference between certain things. He also suggested contact him when my home was complete (as I was not allowed to have a external security installer aside from the builders). 4 months later, I have taken possession of my new home and I was amazed that the same technician remembered who I was. This made me feel they try to get to know their clients as people too. As promised, he arrived Jan 2 to assess my home, suggested what he can do and he never rushed the process. His assurance made me feel comfortable with the package he offered and how it would fit my lifestyle now and into the future. Once I felt confident in my decision, we set up an installation date for Jan. 11, 2015. He was always punctual (unless it was due to weather or an installation took longer than expected with the previous client). He was informative as he installed each component and took the time to answer questions. He never rushed and ensured that everything was done right. His craftsmanship is amazing and was always careful not to damage anything, even the wall. With his patience and kindness, he was enjoyable to have during that time. At the end of the day, I was confident that I made the right decision and I never looked back since. I appreciate all that this technician has done for me and I feel very secure in my home now. Overall, my experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend JTL to those who want to feel a sense of security whether it be in their home or business. I feel that when they do business, they are not only looking out for your well being for also for your future. I feel very well taken cared of and it all began with this technician. I am grateful for him and his company to provide such a great service, as well as respecting their clients. It's nice to feel that security but also know you are cared for when you need them (times of good and bad). I couldn't ask for more and I will definitely want to grow with them as well. THANK YOU JTL and my favorite technician! Keep up the fantastic work!
