Avoid this company at all costs!!! We booked this service to do a clean of our 1000 sq. ft condo. The “cleaner”spent 4.5 hours in our home and somehow made it look dirtier than when she arrived. We are baffled by what she was doing during that time. She left a steel wool pad in the toiled with a hunks of hair (not even mine), didn’t mop, didn’t wipe bathroom shelves, didn’t do baseboards (paid an extra $25 for) she wiped the TV screens with a dirty wet rag which left a nasty streaky film behind. It was a Friday evening and we were expecting company so we finally had to ask her to leave so that we could clean up after her! When I called the company to complain, the said all they could do was to send another “technician” out do finish what she didn’t complete. It cost us $325 for a filthy disgusting job. The company would not offer a refund despite many discussions with Dexter (manager?) Dexter continued to defend the gross work of the technician Yvonne. Absolutely horrid quality, shockingly bad customer service and zero value for a premium price. Do not make the same mistake we did!! Take your business elsewhere!!!!

We hired Toronto Fence to install our backyard fence in November. Alex came out to quote the job more than once as our needs changed when we added a second Great Dane to our family! Alex was very accommodating and gave us great suggestions on how to contain our dogs without compromising the appearance of our garden. Alex and his father were always punctual and courteous. The removal of the existing fence was efficient and tidy and the construction of the new fence was flawless and completed on time. They were a pleasure to have around and my two giant dogs adored them! We would highly recommend Toronto Fence.
