I found Model Space Designs and Sara when I saw her leaving a neighbours home. She had samples with her and there was a very good variety, so I chose her for our new living room blinds. The work was delayed one week which turned out to be better for us. My only disappointment was that when the crown mouldings were taken down, they were ruined and we were unable to use them again.

Hi Shirley. Thanks you for your review. I have followed up with you a week after your blinds were installed , you seemed very pleased and didn't mention anything about the crowns. I'm not sure what you are referring too. My only guess , would be , the tiny area which had to be removed In order to get the blind in. We mentioned this during the measure consultation , that a piece would have to be hacked out . We also asked you if you wanted your general contractor to remove it ,or you wAnted our installer to remove it. it must of been under 2 " of moulding. This was all discussed during the original consultation. Not sure what you are disappointed about ? Thanks Sara
