I had an okay experience with Avenue Road. When I first called, my information was taken, and I was told that someone from the minor repairs division would return my call within 2 days. 5 days later, someone called and I had to give all of the details again (they did not get transferred with the message), and he would come out to assess the hole. The next day, he calls me at work and said that he went to look at the hole, and because it was not a "minor" repair, I was being transferred to the "major repair" department. Once I was passed through to the major repair department, the hole (2 ft x 2ft) was fixed before I got home. I've had no problems with the part of the roof that they repaired. My only complaint is that the left didn't know what the right was doing, so customer service was not great and that was a bit aggravating. I just wanted the hole fixed and didn't want to be transferred around to multiple departments. I've also been told that they are a lot more expensive that most other roofing companies.

Ian was great to work with. We completed the project this past summer, which included replacing a rotten pressure treated retaining wall with new cedar, and an interlocking tile walkway with stone-link. The end result really was a transformation. Ian was great about working within our budget, and made recommendations on where we could save. He also pulled our design vision together, because we were a little unsure on how to accomplish it. Would definitely work with again!
